Cyberpunk chaos, dice first, plans later.
The gist
No Latency follows a fast-moving Cyberpunk Red table through Night City chaos, from mimic ambushes and robot fights to awkward coffee runs with Domino. The appeal is the collision: serious danger, messy tactics, character grudges, and jokes that detonate right beside the dice.

About No Latency
No Latency is a Cyberpunk Red actual-play show with the energy of a table that can turn any tactical problem into a bit, then turn the bit back into danger. It is fast. Recent episodes center on Night City complications involving mimics, robots, Clive’s backroom, Trauma Team calls, PPE production, gun-store apartments, and the lingering question of what Domino really is doing to the crew’s sense of trust. The show’s texture comes from overlap. Combat narration, rule calls, character voices, money arguments, and out-of-character reactions all move together, so a dodge roll can matter mechanically and still land as a joke. That keeps the action lively without flattening the stakes. When a mimic steps out of a bathroom, the table reacts with panic, rules questions, tactical advice, and immediate absurdity. When the crew debates shopping, hoverboards, jetpacks, and eddies, the scene becomes both practical and personal. Retro’s finances can become a full character beat. Vivi’s awkward return with coffee can sit next to jokes about missed innuendo and bigger questions about Domino’s intentions. Iona, Jeb, Vendel, Retro, Vivi, Domino, and Clive all carry recognizable campaign momentum in the excerpts, with relationships that feel argued into existence rather than neatly explained. The Q&A material adds another layer. Paris Aerosmith, otherwise known as Binary Dragon, discusses the campaign from the GM seat while Spoon, Jade, Tracy, and others talk through character trust, fan-submitted ideas, memorial details, and how a cool concept might become a game mechanic. That behind-the-table curiosity matters. It shows a group thinking about story, style, and play in the same breath. The show is also clearly irreverent. Its humor leans into misunderstandings, crude social awkwardness, cyberpunk bureaucracy, violent slapstick, and the comedy of people making confident plans with incomplete information. Still, the campaign can pause for sincerity when a character’s loyalty, grief, debt, or responsibility catches up with the joke. No Latency is strongest when everything is happening at once: someone is bleeding, someone is calculating, someone is asking whether a terrible plan is cheaper, and someone else is already making finger guns. It rewards listeners who like ensemble actual play with momentum, recurring character friction, and enough looseness for the table itself to remain part of the story.
Made for: For Cyberpunk Red and actual-play listeners who like crowded table chemistry, tactical scrapes, recurring character bits, and jokes that do not wait politely for combat to end.
What sets it apart: No Latency stands out by keeping the mechanics audible and the table present. The rules, interruptions, callbacks, fan ideas, and emotional fallout all stay in motion together, giving the campaign a live-wire ensemble feel.
