feeder sound

feeder sound is an electronic music series shaped around selection, sequence, and release references. It is not built like a talk show. The episodes are spare with speech and heavy on musical motion, using premieres, DJ mixes, remixes, and EP references as the main frame. The result is a show where the mix does the explaining. A track may open with only a small vocal fragment. Then repetition takes over. Phrases such as questions, chants, or short spoken images become rhythmic material, sitting inside the beat rather than interrupting it. The atmosphere can feel hypnotic and slightly surreal. One anniversary mix by Entoniu and Agape moves through repeated vocal hooks, party imagery, and a spoken passage that references the Toba Indians in El Chaco, Argentina. It has the feeling of a collage. Another premiere, centered on Reformed Society and a Cristi Cons remix, is represented by almost no language at all, which says something about the show’s priorities. Silence around the music is part of the format. feeder sound also operates with a catalog sensibility, connecting mixes to EPs, premieres, and Bandcamp-linked releases. That makes it useful for listeners who follow electronic music through tracks and release pages rather than personality-led commentary. The show’s identity comes from curation. It gives attention to details that matter in DJ mix culture: who mixed it, what version is being heard, where the release sits, and how long a groove can hold interest. The tone is patient. It does not rush to explain every reference. It trusts atmosphere, repetition, and transitions to carry the experience. For discovery, that makes feeder sound more like a listening room than a review desk. It is suited to people who want focused electronic sets, premieres, and releases without a crowded verbal layer.
