Dios Habla Hoy

Dios Habla Hoy is a Spanish-language Christian teaching program with the cadence of a classic radio ministry. Its episodes address “amados radio oyentes” and “distinguidos y amados” listeners, then move into Scripture, praise, and biblical reflection. The format is simple and consistent. A passage is read or introduced, a theme is named, and the lesson follows with direct moral and spiritual application. The show’s center is the authority of the Bible. Recent episodes work through topics such as the logic of God, the year of jubilee, God’s control, Joseph’s story, forgiveness, listening, learning, and the peace of Christ. The language is formal and devotional. It often speaks in the vocabulary of sin, repentance, mercy, grace, discipline, wisdom, captivity, restoration, and salvation. The teaching can be tender. It points wounded listeners toward comfort, compassion, praise instead of grief, and confidence that God can preserve life through painful circumstances. It can also be severe. One episode uses a harsh story about a child, punishment, injury, and irreversible harm to warn against anger and acting before listening. That moral seriousness is part of the show’s identity. Dios Habla Hoy is not a personality-driven chat show, and it does not chase topical debates. Its recurring shape is closer to a devotional broadcast: Scripture first, then a lesson meant to correct, console, and call the listener toward faithfulness. Livio Ramírez and Doris Ruiz de Ramírez are named in openings and closings, giving the program a familiar presence. The result is direct, traditional biblical teaching for listeners who want instruction rather than entertainment.
