The episode is a promotional preview for Wondery's Frozen Head podcast, framed within a standard ad break from the Baron of Botox feed. Hosts Ash and Elena from the Morbid podcast introduce themselves and explain the subject: Lawrence Pilgrim, a lifelong scientist who planned for his death with the goal of being cryonically frozen and revived in the future. The narrators describe the series as a 'cryonic soap opera' involving family drama, pets, grenades, Hall of Fame baseball players, and frozen heads. A short excerpt from the first episode of Frozen Head is then played. The scene is set in Montana at the ranch house of Kurt Pilgrim, Lawrence's son. Kurt's son Benjamin is home alone when a mailman makes an unusual trip to the front door to deliver a package requiring a signature. The box is small, roughly shoebox-sized, and is marked with warnings about fragile contents and human ashes or body remains. Benjamin calls his father on a delivery run to inform him. He asks whether his grandfather was indeed supposed to be cryonically frozen, Kurt confirms he was, and Benjamin then tells him he is holding a box that appears to contain the man's ashes. The clip ends at this point of revelation. The episode concludes with a note that all six episodes are available ad-free on Amazon Music for Prime members.
