KETOGENIC BODYBUILDING: How I Did It, and How You Can Too! (Part.2) TRAINING!

·43 min·5 clips
He starts with a long pitch for Element electrolytes. He calls them effective and worth the money. He says they matter especially for lifters on lower carb, ketogenic, or carnivore diets. In his view, sluggish training is often an electrolyte issue. That point frames the rest of the workout talk. The first set he describes is a feeder set. It sits around 60 to 70 percent of max effort. The point is to wake up the body, not bury it. He wants eight to ten reps with some left in reserve. Then he wants a break. The lifter should walk around, recover, and get mentally ready for the real set. He treats that pause like part of the lift. The next set is heavier. That one is supposed to go to total failure. He pushes back on fixed rep rules and tells people not to get stuck on arbitrary numbers. If the set can keep going with good, strict form, he wants it to keep going. In his gym floor example, the lifter climbs through five reps, then six, then seven, and the set gets brutally hard. He leans into the drama with battle-ready language. The close widens out into consistency, effort, and the kind of work that actually changes a body. He finishes by asking listeners to comment, subscribe, hit the thumbs up, and keep training hard while dieting harder.

He argues that low-carb training is less about any magic formula and more about getting the basics right: electrolytes, warm-ups, effort, and form.
