About The Jackie Senatore Podcast
The Jackie Senatore Podcast is an interview show about the tools a person carries inside, and about the practitioners who teach them. Jackie Senatore ties its purpose to 2020 and the quarantine, when, as she puts it, people were left with themselves. The question behind it is practical: if the usual outside help is unavailable, what can someone do on their own? Her guests answer from very different corners. Jennifer Mann is introduced as a mind-body practitioner and co-founder of SOMIA and the HEAL program, and she arrives with a story of recovering from being bedridden with multiple chronic illnesses. Her episode frames anxiety as protection: a nervous system on high alert and keeping extra watch because something once felt like too much. It uses the image of a break-in at home to explain hypervigilance. Kelly Sullivan Walden, billed as a dream expert, offers a waking exercise for upsetting dreams: imagine being back inside the dream and take charge of how it ends. She describes her role as pointing out patterns and themes that might trigger a person's own wisdom and intuition. In the episode titled '#008 - How to Align and Manifest Wealth with Jenn Acosta', the talk turns to the fear of going live on video. The answer is candid. It was hard, some days it still is, and some days doing what she could simply meant keeping her children alive. The detox episode with John Jacobs is more personal still. Senatore recalls brain clarity, a lighter feeling, and a moodiness she later learned was part of the detox reaction. The episode with psychic medium Lindsay Marino carries grief, with a death in a motorcycle accident followed by signs and visitations, alongside plain advice to write down intuitive nudges with the date. Across all of it, Senatore asks the kind of questions a newcomer would ask. Was there a point when it was hard? Who gives you the song? She restates what a guest says in softer, more emotional terms, and she affirms far more often than she pushes back. That makes the more unusual subjects, mediumship and detoxing among them, feel approachable rather than strange. The pacing is unhurried, with room for backstory and small detours, and the conversations close on warm mutual thanks. Some episodes open under the name Extraordinary Living Podcast, with a spoken intro about energy, courage and commitment. A listener drawn to the body might start with '#041 - Secrets to Reset Your Nervous System with Jennifer Mann'. One drawn to the unseen might try '#005 - How to Unlock Your Intuition With Psychic Medium Lindsay Marino'.
Made for: Suits a listener who is curious about alternative wellness and spiritual practice and wants it explained plainly, through personal stories and techniques they can try at home rather than through debate.
What sets it apart: Senatore puts the body and the unseen side by side, asking a nervous-system practitioner and a psychic medium the same warm, practical question about what someone can actually do with their ideas. She also brings her own experiences into the conversation instead of staying in the background.
