Radio Shanghai podcast

Radio Shanghai is a Christian commentary show with a stern theological backbone. It treats doctrine as something to be defended, explained, and applied to public controversies. The show does not drift through religious themes. It argues. Recent episodes move through evangelical Zionism, dispensationalism, Israel, prophecy, the cross, resurrection, Halloween, the Reformation, and the authority of Scripture. The pacing is measured, but the rhetoric is forceful. A typical episode begins with a formal welcome and a high-stakes premise, then settles into teaching, interview, or extended exposition. The material often turns on sharp distinctions: biblical prophecy versus distortion, faith versus betrayal, light versus darkness, Christ's work versus human interpretation. Some installments feature conversations with named figures such as César Vidal, Samuel Válido Sánchez, Néstor Díaz, Pedro Tarkis, and Edgar Pacheco. Others center on teaching associated with RC Sproul, especially around crucifixion, resurrection, justification, propitiation, and redemption. The show relies heavily on scriptural reasoning. It also reaches for church history, covenant theology, Reformation legacy, and critiques of religious tradition. Its view of controversy is unapologetic. Questions around Zionism, Judaism, Catholic history, occult symbolism, and false prophets are handled in a blunt confessional frame rather than a neutral comparative one. That gives Radio Shanghai its intensity. It can sound like a sermon, a debate platform, and a theological briefing within the same episode. Music and blessing-oriented closings give the program a devotional finish, but the center remains argument and instruction. The best fit is a listener who wants Christian teaching with clear boundaries, historical sweep, and little patience for ambiguity. The show is not built for detached survey or interfaith balance. It is built for listeners who want doctrine stated, defended, and driven home.
