Podcast Saint Seiya

Podcast Saint Seiya is a Portuguese-language fandom roundtable for people who live close to the Knights of the Zodiac universe. It is not a tidy recap machine. It is quick, crowded, reactive, and happy to chase a tiny detail until it becomes the whole conversation. The show follows live-action news, manga releases, anniversary material, spin-offs, and odd franchise side roads. StarStorm, Guardian of the Cosmos, THEN, Champion RED, Saint Mariya, Dark Wing, Re-Rise, Santia Show Memories, and the Heaven Saga all sit inside the same busy mental map. Episodes often begin mid-motion, with someone missing, someone posting to Discord, a screen share failing, or the live chat already making itself useful. The mess gives the show its texture. Once the topic catches, the panel can move from jokes to continuity analysis in seconds. A dusty production photo becomes a theory about weapons in the Sanctuary. A cast reveal becomes speculation about Seiya, Marin, Saori, and how much older material the adaptation may be borrowing. A new chapter becomes an argument about whether Saori is sacrificing herself, buying time, making a strategy play, or being misunderstood again. The show keeps returning to character logic. Kiki recognizing Shion, Iolos pushing Saori, or a manga forcing an emotional beat all get tested from several angles. It also has a playful side that still runs on deep knowledge. The Zodiac Olympics episode turns character powers, sports, weight lifting, judo, and absurd matchups into a full selection committee. Live chat names and comments are woven directly into the flow, so episodes feel less like broadcasts than crowded watch parties with a long memory. Alan and Bruno recur, while other named participants join specific conversations when the topic calls for it. The tone is affectionate but rarely reverent. Bad ideas get mocked, strange choices get inspected, and uncertainty stays on the table until the manga or production gives a better answer. The show suits fans who already know the mythology, the adaptations, and the arguments. It rewards the listener who enjoys hearing a fandom process news in real time, with jokes, corrections, frustration, delight, and a surprising amount of continuity work packed into the noise.
