PISO 6 de Grupo Fórmula

PISO 6 is a nightly Mexican news show with the energy of an elevator opening onto a crowded newsroom. It starts fast. Headlines arrive with jokes, clips, warnings, and quick reversals, then the program keeps moving before any one story can settle too comfortably. Politics is the spine: Morena leadership, Rubén Rocha Moya, Claudia Sheinbaum, extradition pressure from the United States, INE disputes, and T-MEC tension all show up as live problems with electoral consequences. Security coverage is just as central. The show follows cartel allegations, National Guard confrontations, narcomenudeo raids, alleged illegal logging, airport drug seizures, and investigations involving Chihuahua officials with an eye for both institutional detail and public impact. Its legal lane is active too, from extradition freezes and amparo proceedings to image-rights compensation for Diego Luna. The reporting comes in quick handoffs. Juan Antonio Jiménez, Andrea Meraz, Lizbeth Hernández, and Ulises Soriano are used as named voices, giving the program a constant sense of dispatches arriving from elsewhere. But PISO 6 is not only hard news. It has room for BTS fans taking over the Zócalo, firefighters cooling down ARMYs, Liga MX predictions, Formula 1 speculation, simulacrum coverage, amusement-park giveaways, celebrity updates, and strange city-health stories. The tone can be blunt. It is also playful, especially when a solemn headline rubs against a sports argument or a pop-culture tangent. The show’s useful trick is translation: official language becomes political subtext, legal procedure becomes stakes, and a crowded news day becomes something a tired listener can still follow. It suits people who want the Mexican news cycle at full speed, with enough irreverence to make the pressure bearable and enough reporting to keep the jokes from taking over.
