Parliamo di Podcast

Parliamo di Podcast documents Italian podcast culture at close range. It favors the table, the microphone, and the live exchange over a distant critical essay. The episodes come from settings such as Settimana del Podcast, Open Mic, Premio Podcast a Scuola, the CTE in Rome, and Casa del Podcast. Each conversation asks a practical question: what is this audio project trying to do, and what happened to the people who made it? Some answers are philosophical. Stefania Cenciarelli presents Le Capre Ignoranti as an invitation to admit not knowing, follow economic questions, and search for the thread in a tangled present. Some are comic. Marcello Forcina describes CRAMPI, Il male di ridere as a project about words, misuse, irony, seriousness, and the strange relief of defining a term after playing with it. The school episodes give the series its strongest recurring pulse. Students and teachers describe podcasting as a way to make medieval literature current, turn school archives into microhistory, stage interviews with adults, and let children and teenagers ask questions in their own cadence. CantiPod connects the Cantico with words such as sole, tempo, and acqua. I Ribelli del Romagnosi starts from documents and tries to hear the people behind them. Eroi del nostro tempo grows from interviews with teachers, parents, coaches, and a grandmother named Mirella. Che ci Faccio Qui? and The sChOOL Podcast show books becoming weekly prompts, classroom conversation, and cross-age exchange. The literary side remains present too, especially in the discussion of Dario Pontuale and L’irreversibilità dell’uovo sodo, where novel, ebook, and audiobook become a conversation about time, images, Patagonia, concentration, and attention. The series is uneven in the useful way live audio often is. It preserves hesitations, jokes, process, and discovery. That makes it valuable as a map of podcasting in practice, especially where education, literature, and public voice meet.
