About L.I.F.E. on podcast
L.I.F.E. on podcast is a friendship-driven entertainment conversation show with a practical streak. Stone Stafford and Johnny Vaughn talk like people who know each other well enough to interrupt, challenge, tease, and still keep moving. The show’s center is entertainment, but its range is wider than industry gossip. Success, friendship, branding, attention, faith, entrepreneurship, music, sports, and emotional recovery all sit on the same table. A conversation about rising in life can become a debate about which friends still fit. A story about Prince can lead to a point about outgrowing a team. A football contract can turn into a question of value, loyalty, leadership, and choosing the best future. The music episodes are opinionated and specific. Billboard’s ranking of Lil Baby’s My Turn gives the hosts room to argue about cultural impact, sales, creativity, and what albums people actually study years later. They name artists and records with the confidence of fans who care about the stakes. The show also spends time on the machinery behind public life. In an episode on attention, the hosts talk through branding, perceived exclusivity, referral-based business, social posting, and the difference between visibility and value. Guest episodes shift the pace without losing the room’s looseness. Terri J. Vaughn brings a playful, personal energy. Zach Zelner’s return opens up talk about what being a serial entrepreneur should mean beyond simply starting businesses. Zahra Karsan brings coaching language about subconscious patterns, limits, goals, happiness, and accountability. The result is part career salon, part hangout, and part running argument about how to keep growing without losing discernment. It suits listeners who like entertainment talk with real-life lessons attached. It is informal. It is direct. It often takes the long way because the side roads are where the show finds its best material.
Made for: For listeners who like candid entertainment-industry conversations, career lessons, music debates, sports analogies, and personal-growth talk without a polished corporate filter.
What sets it apart: The show’s edge is the chemistry between Stone Stafford and Johnny Vaughn: loose banter that keeps turning into serious questions about ambition, loyalty, value, and identity.
In their own words
L.I.F.E. (which stands for Listening and Inspiring Friends in Entertainment) used to be a live monthly event held at Icon Studios in Atlanta,Georgia. Founded by Stone Stafford, L.I.F.E. was to be a place where people in entertainment could come together and learn valuable life lessons while also being able to share challenges and difficulties in their careers and personal lives. Then COVID happened. At the persistent urging of his co-host, Jony Van, Stone made the pivot to taking L.I.F.E. to the podcasting platform. So welcome, to L.I.F.E. on podcast. We're glad you're here.
