as ABOVE so BELOW

as ABOVE so BELOW is an astrology show built around intensity. It rarely sits still. The core format is a fast, intimate monologue that uses celestial timing as a way to read personal pressure, cultural mood, and collective crisis. New moons and full moons are treated as thresholds. Eclipses matter deeply, especially when they fall across Virgo, Pisces, Leo, or Aquarius patterns and force questions about endings, habits, projection, discipline, and emotional cleanup. The show is not a neat forecast desk. It is messier and more alive than that. A discussion of a Virgo new moon can move from pragmatic habits to Uranus, Mars in Scorpio, diplomacy, Ukraine, Russia, and the uneasy theatre of global power. A Pisces eclipse episode can begin with physical exhaustion and end with Mon Chien Stupide as a story about denial, projection, family disorder, and the moment life forces a person to look directly at themselves. The astrological frame is constant, but the material keeps expanding. Music, film, visual art, esoteric publishing, political violence, health, weather, travel, consultations, and daily fatigue all enter the room. The show has a strong taste for symbolic correspondences. Kate Bush's Breathing, Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Jodorowsky, Moebius, Saturn in Pisces, Pluto in Aquarius, and lunar nodes can all become part of the same argument when the show is tracing the emotional charge of an era. Short interview episodes change the rhythm. The conversation with Jessica Hundley, writer and editor, gives the show a more structured route into creative process, women artists, storytelling, and esoteric visual culture. Still, the signature experience is the monologue. It sounds close, insistent, sometimes exhausted, sometimes ecstatic, and often morally blunt. The show suits listeners who want astrology with personal stakes and cultural nerve, not just keywords for each sign. It is especially strong when reading endings: the final stretch of a cycle, the sacrifice that later looks necessary, the habit that has to be eclipsed, the wound that finally needs language. Its world is holistic but not soft. It asks what the sky is doing, then insists that bodies, politics, art, and relationships answer too.
