Agile change, without theater.
The gist
Agile Unfiltered treats agility as daily work, not a slogan. Episodes move between Scrum Master career paths, transformation failures, team safety, workplace habits, and the human mechanics that make change stick or stall.

About Agile Unfiltered
Agile Unfiltered is a German-language show about agile transformation, Scrum Master practice, and the human work behind organizational change. It speaks from inside the craft. The episodes are not built around abstract enthusiasm for agility, but around the difficult parts: unclear communication, fearful employees, failed facilitation choices, change expectations, and the slow replacement of old habits. A conversation with Christiane traces one route from Scrum Master into Lean Agile Lead work. That episode gives space to small failures, including a retrospective format that landed badly and a workshop situation that became emotionally overwhelming. The point is not embarrassment. The show uses those moments to show how much self-management, mood, and situational judgment matter in agile roles. In episodes about change, the focus widens to organizations. People resist transformation when the purpose is unclear, when communication is weak, or when familiar ways of working still feel safer than new ones. Psychological safety comes up as a recurring foundation. The show argues that people need to know their experience still matters before they can risk working differently. Agile culture is treated as a set of practiced habits, not a poster on the wall. The discussion moves through habit stacking, rewards, obstacles, and the way physical surroundings can make a behavior easier or harder. A special episode on healthy backs for Scrum Masters may seem like a side road, but it fits the same logic. Facilitation, coaching, and remote work require sustainable bodies as well as good methods. The pacing is measured and explanatory. Ideas are often repeated from several angles until the implementation point is clear. Agile Unfiltered suits listeners who want practical coaching language, honest transformation diagnosis, and grounded examples from team life.
Made for: For Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, transformation managers, and leaders working through organizational change. It also suits practitioners who want calm, concrete reflection on team culture, facilitation, and sustainable work habits.
What sets it apart: The show keeps returning to implementation: what teams hear, what facilitators miss, and why behavior actually changes. Its value is the mix of transformation theory, coaching self-reflection, and ordinary workplace detail.
