Smackdown: Stop with the 3 hours!

March 2, 2026·43 min·3 clips
Cav and Faust argue that WWE's main problem is stretching a two-hour show into three grueling hours.
The first stretch is mostly noise. A CAMH Sunrise Challenge spot, Believe network tags, Cav Manning riffs, and Fausty Walnuts chatter all stack up before Smackdown gets much room. Then the match talk kicks in. Tiffy Time versus Asuka sounds, briefly, like a major match until Asuka points to Elimination Chamber tomorrow. The logic becomes the joke. They decide Asuka resting is the smartest move available, since the Chamber is coming and Kyrie can take the spot instead. Kyrie becomes the turn. Once she is swapped in, the review slides downhill, which is also how they read the show's momentum. Chelsea gets the sharper laughs. Her commentary bit, high school newspaper angle, and bedazzled boot give them plenty to poke at without pretending the segment is graceful. The Botox line sticks. They keep circling the frozen-face joke because it is crude, quick, and easier to remember than most of the wrestling. Jelly Roll shifts the room. His appearance sends them into Twitter controversy, weight loss, fake teeth, and the odd visual math of a thinner face making teeth look huge. It gets personal fast. One host pulls Rob into the same teeth conversation, turning celebrity commentary into a familiar bit about noticing a friend's changed face. Backstage material gets the same treatment. Nick's office scene and the glaucoma reference fold into their suspicious running commentary, where locker room walls, trinkets, posters, and stray details are all fair game. By the end, tiers, video access, Elimination Chamber extras, and off-color self-mockery blur into their usual sales pitch about having just delivered the best wrestling podcast.

As heard by us

A sharp, funny wrestling discussion that turns the night's chaos into running bits.

This wrestling talk moves like a real argument, not a tidy recap. It jumps through Tiffy Time versus Asuka, Chelsea Green on commentary, Jelly Roll chatter, a bedazzled boot, and Nick in his office, but keeps circling back to whether any of it actually held together.
