The day-of-week joke starts early. Jim treats Manga Monday as possibly Tuesday, Luke turns the Weird Science family bit into sword-making nonsense, and the review is already wobbling before the manga even gets moving. The chapter is the hot pick, and they latch onto the sword-smith furnace setup as both a real premise and a ridiculous engine for dad lore. The father-son stuff matters. The talk keeps circling back to how a quiet family setup becomes the thing pulling people into Manga Plus comments, not because everyone was desperate for more goldfish business. They catch the hype while it is happening. Near the end, the comments keep piling up as they record, so the manga becomes both a chapter and a sudden little event. The Patreon plug is quick. Most of the fun is Jim and Luke testing whether this sword setup has more to it than instant attention. Nobody sounds sure yet, which is the hook: recap, mock, rethink, and keep asking what the play is while the chapter is still warm.
