Manga Monday Ep 112: Mob Psycho 100 Manga Review / Weird Science Manga & Anime

Luke is gone. The host opens alone, jokes that Luke Hollywood is sleeping for beauty reasons, and uses the missing cohost as an excuse to make this Mob Psycho 100 run faster. That plan does not last. He only meant to check whether a character name sounded like Regan or Reagan, then the anime pulled him halfway through season one. So now the manga gets its turn. The read lands because Mob Psycho 100 keeps leaving him just hungry enough for the next page. Then Reagan starts working the room. On the way to Hanako's haunted dream problem, everyone points away from the wrecked building, so Reagan quickly decides the plain house must be haunted too. Taro calls nonsense, but Reagan keeps stretching until the whole street sounds packed with ghosts. That is where the chapter gets fun. Spirits and mediums are already real in this world, so Reagan is harder to file away as a plain fake. The host sees him as someone trying to sell the one strange skill, or scam, he still has. Then the chin spirit walks by, Reagan warns everyone they almost stepped into a ghost, and the bit snaps into a blunt visual gag. Since Luke is not there, the host argues with him anyway and races against Luke's predicted twenty-minute ceiling. Luke still loses. By the end, the quick chapter has turned into the show's usual version of quick: messy recap, running irritation, affectionate dunking, and enough curiosity to keep going.
