Shelley Ann Werner: The Last Laugh

·11 min·1 clip

Victoria observes that fear for family safety often stops witnesses from coming forward in murder cases.

Victoria narrates the 1980 cold case of 15-year-old Shelley Ann Werner, who was abducted from a grocery store parking lot in Indiana and later found murdered. Decades later, witnesses identified three suspects, but all had died, preventing prosecution while providing closure to the family.
