Manly Hall Mondays begins as a recurring project, part reading series and part lecture walk-through, with some material public and some for paid subscribers. The setup is personal as much as scholarly. After finishing The Coming World Nation, the host returns to Hall while revising and expanding his earlier book on Hall's esoteric philosophy. Then the episode gets properly cosmic. Hall describes life as living at the edge of magnetic fields rather than at the center, with divine energy moving inward through involution. Human history, in this frame, is a descent. In the Chaldean pattern Hall is reading, the fall of man is a movement downward through the planetary orbits, while redemption means consciousness climbing back through seven mysteries. Christianity gets pulled into the same pattern. Hall connects it to the sermons of Jesus to Mary, the Gnostic material of Pistis Sophia, and the ascent imagery inside apocalyptic vision. Islam enters through another ascent story. Muhammad's night journey is treated as moving through a similar ritual structure, beginning with Albarak and heading toward Jerusalem. The place matters: the rock on the site of Solomon's temple becomes the spot where golden rungs descend and the visionary ladder opens through seven gates. Each gate has a guardian. In Hall's version, patriarchs stand at the thresholds, and one account places Jesus in the seventh heaven as intercessor before the throne of God. The host lets the read-through stay dense and strange in the best way, tying Babylonian star lore, Christian resurrection language, Gnostic ascent, and Sufi-preserved night-journey mysticism into one esoteric map. The close turns back to the schedule. Further December readings mostly move behind the paid series, while the public podcast continues with The Coming World Nation and the host's bigger argument about civilization, great change, and technocracy. This is astrology as cosmology, not personality shorthand.
