Eps 388 : Can Frequency Work Really Change Your Life w/ Karen Cheong

·56 min·3 clips
Karen says she was "considering taking my own life" before an Edmonton acupuncturist changed everything.
A host opens from a raw place. She says she was so emotionally and physically exhausted that she was seriously considering taking her own life, then describes moving from that mess to the version of herself listeners hear now within about five weeks. That change leads her to ask what in the unseen creates the physical. From there, she introduces Karen Chong as an international transformational speaker and writer who works with the idea that everything is vibrating. The conversation stays centered on perimenopause and midlife change. Karen makes clear that she is not offering medical treatment; she scans for the frequency resonance of a person in the field of all that is and works on the distortion patterns that the person's higher self seems to place first. She keeps pulling the work away from personality and outcome chasing. She says she has to stay uninvested in whether a result shows up, because the work only functions when she is operating at the level of the field, the quantum, and the higher self rather than the ego mind. The language is spiritual, but the examples are specific. She tells a story about a woman in her mid-40s who felt off, did not want to keep dating the wrong men, and chose to work on herself instead of forcing a relationship. That woman started releasing patterns around low self worth, non deserving, and lack of trust in the universe. She also did group frequency calibrations and went to a retreat. After about six months, she decided to test the change by going on a couple of dates without chasing marriage or any fixed outcome. It moved fast. Friends set her up on an app, and within 24 hours she had dates with two different men. The first man showed her how much her former self would have tried to rescue somebody like him. She could see both his patterns and her own patterns at the same time, and that was enough to make her step back. The second date kept that lesson in view. The point is less about finding the perfect partner than about noticing when old rescuing, longing, and self abandonment no longer run the show. By the end, the episode has moved from symptom talk to a broader claim that change can begin when the body, the mind, and the unseen are all addressed together.

As heard by us

A perimenopause conversation that ties emotional reset to self-worth, trust, and the unseen.

Karen Chong's conversation with Brie centers on perimenopause as a blunt midlife reckoning, where old patterns of distortion get harder to ignore. The episode lands best when it moves from crisis into recalibration.
