They delve into spoilers, highlighting the witch twist and thematic depth, and briefly touch on the poorly received 'War of the Worlds.'

As heard by us

A loose, thoughtful horror conversation that gets strongest when it digs into what makes Weapons land.

Matt Hurt and guest Sam Watermeier spend the episode sorting out why Weapons works. The best stretch comes when they connect the film's horror to community failure, randomness, and the plain ugliness of Gladys the witch.
