Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul

November 19, 2024·35 min·3 clips
Mike Tyson's shaky legs in the ring weren't in the Netflix documentary last week.
The weekend comes in with fight night mood swings. One host is ready to run through the fights and jokes that the whole stretch had him reaching for old Tap Out energy. Tyson is the first letdown. Netflix made him look dangerous a week earlier, then the bell rang and all the hosts could focus on were those shaky legs. The refund bit hits right away. It was free, but it still feels like somebody should give something back for the time spent watching it. They do not stay cruel about it. Tyson making a bag keeps the take from getting too ugly, because the payday makes sense even if the fight was rough to sit through. Then the room jumps tracks. Lil Baby becomes the bigger argument, mostly because the hosts think the formula is getting too easy to spot. Nobody is saying he has no hits. They just want a reset: different producers, more range, more songs in the lane of Best Friend, Girlfriend, and The Bigger Picture, and less of the same narrow flex talk. That turns into a bigger stardom conversation. Audiences move on faster now, and an old strategy does not stretch as far as it used to. Taylor Swift gets tossed in as the wild comparison. One host knows that bar is unfair for Lil Baby, but the point is about fan bases that still show up. Tyler is the cleaner example, and Rod Wave comes up too as someone with a steady audience and maintained excellence. By the end, it turns into a roast. The Rock catches a direct acting shot, then everyone laughs because he is rich, sponsored, and obviously doing fine. The episode moves like friends talking into hot mics: fights, rap careers, superstar math, and a final celebrity jab before the exit.
