·1 hr 18 min·5 clips

Kyle Hunter joins to make picks for every Week 12 Big 12 game and share basketball betting tips.

The episode begins with host Philip Slavin introducing co-host Chase A. Kitty and guest Kyle Hunter, setting the stage for Week 12 Big 12 football picks. Kyle offers parenting advice to Chase, who is expecting twins, emphasizing the importance of one-on-one time with children. The conversation shifts to college basketball betting, where Kyle provides four general tips: forget last year's teams, don't be afraid to lay big numbers early, focus on teams with new coaches, and adapt in totals betting based on recent games. He also shares specific Big 12 angles, noting Houston's tendency to blow out weak non-conference teams and Iowa State's strong home court advantage. The hosts then recap last week's picks, with Chase at 1-6, Philip at 3-4, and guest Zach King at 2-5. They proceed to pick every Big 12 game for Week 12, discussing matchups like Houston vs Arizona, Colorado vs Utah, West Virginia vs Baylor, Kansas State vs Arizona State, Iowa State vs Cincinnati, and BYU vs Kansas. Key debates include whether Utah has recovered emotionally from their loss to BYU and the resurgence of Kansas's offense. The episode also touches on media biases favoring SEC teams over Big 12 teams. It concludes with non-Big 12 picks, including Tennessee vs Georgia under and Notre Dame minus points against Virginia.
