Prince Vidyut grows tired of always playing the thief in his childhood games with Yama Dandan.

The king searches for Yama and finds him living as a worker on an island. Yama is then sent to Mithila, a kingdom known for its peace and lack of crime. In Mithila, a theft occurs, breaking the long-standing peace. The king gives Yama seven days to catch the thief or face execution. Yama investigates and discovers a thief using a special medicine called Kudikanchanam, which can change a person's appearance from child to old man. He catches the thief, but the story continues with conflicts involving Vidyut and accusations. Eventually, Vidyut returns all hidden items to the people and the king. He becomes the prime minister of his kingdom, and the king and Yama reconcile. The episode concludes with Vidyut earning the title Vidyut Choran, summarizing the moral of the story about friendship, duty, and redemption.
