Ronnie from Wasted Potential returns to Spoilers. Corey brings him in for a two-movie club built around Weapons, and the room wastes no time acting like everybody already knows the bits. The opening is classic Spoilers noise. There is a joke, a correction, and a little bit of "you get it" energy before the movie talk really settles down. Once it does, the panel starts by laying out the shape of what they are watching. The small-town setting comes up. So does the sense that this is not a clean mystery but something messier and meaner. Paul becomes the main focus. He is framed as a regular beat cop rather than some grand investigator, which matters because the movie keeps making him look worse or sadder depending on what you already know. The group walks through his relationship, his drinking, and the way he tries to shrug off a meeting he probably needs. They also revisit the earlier bar scene with Justine, since that context changes how Paul reads. That is the kind of thing this show likes to do, and it does it well here. The conversation keeps circling the local tweaker break in and the sad funny logic of the whole exchange. It is not treated like a clean plot point. It is treated like a human mess, which fits the movie and the episode better. The room then keeps poking at the fake-out feeling of the story. A lot of the fun is in hearing the panel realize how the film keeps handing new meaning to scenes they thought they had already filed away. Along the way there are side jokes, superhero references, and the usual little detours that make Spoilers sound like friends talking over a table instead of a tidy review machine. Even the wandering helps, because it lets the movie's details come back in new shapes. By the end, the episode has turned Weapons into a loose, funny, affectionate postmortem with enough bite to make the rewatch itch.
