1. Sistas Who Kill: A True Crime Podcast covers the murder of Dwight Grant, a Miramar High School student killed after a teen relationship dispute in October 2021. 2. Marah and Tez host the episode and identify Dwight Grant as the victim, Andre Clements as the accomplice and mastermind, and Jaslyn Smith and Christy Parrison as the other two defendants. 3. The episode asks how a breakup, jealousy, and text messages between teenagers became a murder case with adult charges. 4. Christy Parrison is introduced as 17 years old, and Andre D. Clements III is introduced as her boyfriend, also 17 at the time. 5. Andre's anger centers on his ex-girlfriend, whom the hosts do not name because she is a minor, and on her new relationship with Dwight Grant. 6. Dwight Grant is described as living in an apartment complex, being close with his mother Madge Emil, and attending the same high school as the others. 7. Andre recruits Jaslyn Smith, who is described as someone who had been known for fighting in middle school and who had spent time in ISS with him. 8. Andre sends Christy texts on October 11 saying that murder will happen soon, and Christy replies with a line about it being spooky season and stepping in blood. 9. The hosts say Andre and Christy then talk about plotting to kill Dwight, while Jaslyn is brought in as the person who can help with the plan. 10. Christy texts Dwight to meet outside his apartment on October 17, 2021, and Andre gives Jaslyn black clothing, a do-rag, a COVID mask, and gloves. 11. Andre tells the group exactly where to stand and how to move, and he even hands Jazlyn a sword before Dwight comes downstairs. 12. Dwight tries to run, Andre and Jaslyn tackle him, and Andre alternates between a sword and a knife as Christy warns that people are starting to come outside. 13. Dwight tells Andre that he will not say anything and that nobody needs to know he was there, but Andre keeps pressing the attack. 14. Jaslyn says she thought the plan was to rough Dwight up, not kill him, and she says Andre had told her the night would be his first killing. 15. After the attack, the group dumps Dwight in nearby bushes, burns the clothes and gloves in a fire, and is confronted by a security guard at the apartment complex. 16. Dwight's mother reports him missing, the police eventually follow a trail of blood to the body, and the episode notes that his family knew it was him before the official confirmation. 17. Detectives use witness tips, surveillance video, and text messages to connect Andre, Christy, and Jaslyn to the crime. 18. The state of Florida presents the case to a grand jury, and the defendants are indicted for first-degree murder and moved into the adult system. 19. Christy and Jaslyn later plead guilty to second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and tampering with evidence, while Andre represents himself before later taking a plea. 20. The episode closes with Andre receiving 40 years in prison, lifetime probation, and the reminder that the case began with three teenagers and ended with a family funeral for Dwight Grant.
