Fate Accelerated – Drow and Dracoliches – Episode 13

·1 hr 15 min·5 clips

A drow spy lost her patron to hell and got a glass hand, while a fallen paladin admits to slaughtering drow on her goddess's orders.

The episode opens with the player characters recapping recent events: Dahlia lost her warlock patron and gained a glass hand, Zastra slaughtered drow after being asked by her goddess, and Arushk assassinated drow dignitaries. They wrap up affairs in Dereloft, with Arushk secretly negotiating with House Zalath to use their shadow magic for a large mithril project. Zastra asks the demigoddess Zasprina, a splinter of Lolth, to become Dereloft's protector, and she agrees. The party teleports back to Waterdeep with Vajra, Brash Vandal, and others. Upon arrival, they are met by guards and taken to Laeril Silverhand, who explains Waterdeep's problems: a plague started after they left, onyx spiders are spying, drow assassins are murdering key figures, and an orc army led by a dragon resembling Eye of Rasa is outside the city. Rushk confronts Laeril about losing control and is later arrested at her clinic for plague conspiracy after finding her garden looted. Dahlia meets her drow handler Sinral, who reveals the drow are using the chaos to target a temple. Zastra seeks penance from her goddess Eilistraee, who gives her a mission but says she will never be a paladin again. The episode ends with Rushk in prison, where a guard named Salad reminds her of a favor she owes.
