Can YOU prove that Jesus IS God? – Part 2

·49 min·3 clips
Robertson says Lazarus and Elisha both show resurrection does not prove Yeshua is YAH.
1. Relationship with Creator presents part two of “Can YOU prove that Jesus IS God?” as a scripture-heavy argument about Yahushua and YAH. 2. James Robertson introduces himself as a researcher, publisher, and teacher, and says he has served YAH since 1993. 3. The episode asks whether miracles attributed to Yahushua prove he is God, or whether they fit a pattern seen in other biblical figures. 4. Robertson opens by contrasting Yahushua’s conception in Miriam with Adam from dust and Chava from Adam’s rib. 5. He then compares Matthew 14’s water-walking with 2 Kings 6, where Elisha makes an axe head float in the Jordan. 6. He reads Matthew 14:24-27 and 2 Kings 6:1-7 to argue that both events are extraordinary but neither establishes deity. 7. Robertson says an “anointed one” who is obedient can perform mighty miracles through the Spirit of YAH. 8. He extends that point to John 2, where Yahushua turns water into wine, and Exodus 15, where Moshe makes bitter water sweet. 9. He uses Matthew 8:2-4 and 2 Kings 5:8-14 to compare Yahushua healing a leper with Elisha and Naaman. 10. He then moves to John 11 and 2 Kings 4, placing Lazarus’s restoration beside Elisha raising the Shunammite’s son. 11. One of the recurring claims is that miracles show obedience and anointing, not identity as YAH. 12. Robertson says followers of Yahushua also healed and cast out demons, which he presents as further evidence that these works are not exclusive to Jesus. 13. He argues that Ezekiel 20 shows YAH speaking in the first person through a prophet, and says Yahushua similarly speaks as a spokesman. 14. He also cites John 1:14 and says “the Word became flesh” means the command of YAH was fulfilled in Yahushua. 15. Robertson says Yahushua’s post-resurrection authority in Matthew 28:16-20 was given to him because of a sinless life and death. 16. He adds that anyone who is “filled with the Spirit of YAH” can receive similar authority and works, including greater works than Yahushua’s. 17. The tone is instructional and combative, with long stretches of quoted scripture and direct address to listeners. 18. The format is a solo teaching broadcast with occasional promotional references to Robertson’s website, articles, and email address. 19. Listeners interested in biblical proof-texting and Christology debates. 20. Listeners looking for a short, conversational, or neutral theology recap.
