👀 Lord of Mysteries goes CRAZY!! and 2 other Anime You Should Watch 👀👀

·43 min·3 clips
Why does Lord of Mysteries look stunning but leave viewers utterly confused about its power system?
The opener is pure panel chaos. The host welcomes everyone back, jokes that the podcast is somehow still alive, and then the room immediately gets tangled up in anime titles. Prep does not last long. The Weakest Tamer title gets sliced up until the group settles on the trash-picking journey version. Recon claims that pick. Jordan has something for the boys in chat, and the new Sekiro anime trailer becomes the first real side road. Lord of Mysteries ends up taking over the room. Nobody acts like the first three episodes are easy to follow. The pathways, the repeated setup, and the show’s rules are still landing in pieces. But the look of the thing keeps buying it patience. One panelist hovers around 5.5 because it looks too good to toss aside. Another goes higher. A 7 out of 10 makes sense to them because the confusion feels temporary, not terminal, and the craft keeps hinting that answers are coming. Recon gives it a seven too, with a pretty plain read: the show is beautiful, but he still does not fully know what is going on. The transitions get some real affection. Tiny animated touches, including a mouse running around, make the adaptation feel cared for. By the end, hope is doing most of the work. The repeated openings might eventually drill the logic into place. The close gets foggy in a funny way. They try to place an Immortal King-related show, realize nobody looks familiar, and decide to just watch it then and there. Next week’s anime is left to timing, impulse, and whatever plan they can make by ear.
