Fantastic Four: First Steps | Solo Leveling VS Dragonball | EVO 2025 | Darksiders 4 - Otaku Jump #83

·1 hr 4 min·2 clips

The hosts rate Fantastic Four 8 out of 10, calling Silver Surfer the weakest part and Galactus mostly stomping and yelling.

1. Otaku Jump #83 covers box office results, EVO 2025 fighting game announcements, a Fantastic Four: First Steps review and the claim by a Solo Leveling producer about reaching Dragon Ball-level recognition. 2. The hosts, who go by handles such as Jotaro, Mega and Aizen, banter in a casual panel format on a free StreamYard setup and trade opinions on each news item. 3. The core thread is a mix of fighting game talk, Marvel and DC film news and anime ambition, anchored by the debate over whether a newer series can match the 'Big Three' manga franchises. 4. In the box office segment, Lilo and Stitch passes $1 billion, Minecraft nears a billion, and Jurassic World reaches roughly $800 million, which the hosts say surprises them since they rate it about 'a five out of ten.' 5. On EVO 2025, the hosts discuss Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage Edition coming to Switch, a September 5-7 Tokon: Fighting Souls closed beta on PS5, and Ken joining Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. 6. They note that Hunter x Hunter Nen Impact peaked at 181 Steam players and sat at 25 current players, and they call Street Fighter 6's Sagat 'not easy' despite his easy label on the select screen. 7. Developers' pledge to support Marvel Tokon for 10 years prompts predictions that Wolverine, Hulk, Daredevil and the Punisher will all appear in the roster. 8. The Fantastic Four review gives the film 8 out of 10, rates it about one point above Superman, and describes Galactus as 'a lot of stomping' with Silver Surfer as the weak link. 9. The Solo Leveling producer's quote that the anime is 'not as universal or recognized in Japan yet' leads the hosts to argue that Demon Slayer, JoJo and Attack on Titan never reached Dragon Ball status either. 10. Fans of anime, fighting games and superhero movie news who like casual panel banter will enjoy it.
