Moms and Mysteries investigates 2016 Krugersdorp appointment murders: three professionals (financial advisors, real estate agent) lured, strangled, robbed across four days. Siblings Marcel and LaRue Stain confess but claim lone-actor. Investigation reveals Cecilia Stain—police officer's wife, mother—as architect. For eight years, Cecilia manipulated deliverance ministry OTC by staging fake exorcisms, convincing founder Rhea Gruber of her satanic possession. When Rhea rebranded course from 'Know Your Enemy' (devil-focused) to 'Know Your Savior' (God-focused), Cecilia lost her cult centrality. Her narcissistic rage, fueled by this perceived betrayal, manifested as orchestrated murders for money and control, weaponizing her siblings' loyalty.
