He points to migrant workers in Singapore who are far from their families and still have spiritual needs, and to children in the Philippines whose parents are away working in other countries and who need care. He describes projects, donations, and funding for pastors in the Philippines as part of that response, so people can receive both practical assistance and gospel clarity.
