This Is What an AI-Run Company Looks Like

March 10, 2026·23 min·2 clips
Eric Siu explains how he was the bottleneck managing multiple AI agents until a major unlock last week.
OpenClaw is the starting point. The host has been using it inside Telegram, with separate agents for content, sales, and other themes. Then the slowdown appears. If every agent still waits on one person to approve every decision, the company has not escaped the old bottleneck. It has just moved it. The fix is getting agents closer to where the work already happens. Telegram is one route. The host says the same kind of setup can run through WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack. Slack matters because he says he added it last week, which moves the workflow past a solo Telegram setup. The tool talk stays practical. Claude Code, OpenClaw, and OpenAI Codex are treated less like shiny apps and more like workflow bets a team may have to live with. Switching is not free. When a team builds habits around one LLM workflow and keeps jumping, it can lose the context and rhythm it had built up. The split is simple enough. Claude Code comes across as stronger for UI/UX and deeper builds, while OpenClaw sounds better for shipping quickly and thinking through ideas. Memory is where the setup starts to compound. Files that hold context let the system refer back to preferences, patterns, and operating rules. Plain ChatGPT memory sounds lighter beside that. The point is not that one tool wins for good. The host says memory can now move between ChatGPT and Anthropic, though he also says he has not personally done it. Then the marketing warning hits. GEO and AEO may be coming fast, but traditional Google search is still described as driving 13.7 billion searches a day. Bad publishing still drags everything down. A thousand weak or overlapping pages can leave Google unsure what should rank, so the cleaner move is to optimize for new answer engines without breaking classic SEO.
