His Tax Attorney Client Gets 30-50% of Leads from ChatGPT (Here's How) with Cameron LiButti

·34 min·2 clips
One tax attorney gets 30% to 50% of leads from ChatGPT.
Cameron starts with a sideways path. He was a mechanical engineer in Chicago, backed into entrepreneurship, and learned fast that he had to market himself before anything else worked. The conversation gets practical almost immediately, with Jan pressing toward what law firms can do when they want results without just pouring more money into paid ads. Video becomes the main thread. Cameron says short YouTube spots can travel further than many firms expect, especially when someone can record clean footage without turning it into a whole production. Some people make that part easy. He talks about a Manhattan doctor who was relaxed on camera, turned on her phone, recorded in one take, and came away with usable ad content for free. Others need more help, and for them the work is usually trimming the clip, keeping the answer tight, and landing around 20 to 30 seconds. Then Cameron brings in the LLM piece. He connects YouTube content to topical coverage, keyword coverage, and entity coverage. Answer the questions clients really ask. His examples are blunt, search-shaped questions about taxes, prison, and drinking while driving, which is exactly the point. Location matters too. Since YouTube sits inside Google’s world, Cameron says firms can set a Google Business Profile location for where the video was shot. The basics still count: name, address, phone number, URL, and a plain description help the platform understand the video. The bet underneath all this is changing. Cameron says nobody has fully confirmed it, but Google may now have enough compute to read video transcripts at scale. If that is true, loose video answers can become part of how future clients and LLMs read a firm’s authority. By the end, Jan hears homework. He says the conversation gave him enough to re-listen and send new directions to his own team about podcast-related video work.
