KFR 153: Angel's Egg is a bit... odd?
·1 hr 38 min·5 clips
A girl pretends to be a robot for a man with severe trust issues—what could go wrong?
As heard by us
A loose, funny panel read on an opaque anime classic.
Angel's Egg is treated less like a puzzle to solve than one to circle back to. Aaron, Emma, Kenny, Tifa, and Kyle move from the mechanical maid Marie bit into religion, allegory, and the coelacanth image, with each new take giving the discussion another angle.
Why you'd press play
You want a loopy group read on Angel's Egg without pretending it has one clean answer.
