Cord König unveils a Nikolaus-themed all-in-one PC with a pre-configured Blinzeln Nano system for instant accessibility.

Cord König hosts this episode of IrgendWasser, joined by Michael Kuhlmann from Hannover, to introduce a special Nikolaus-themed all-in-one PC. The computer is based on the Blinzeln V3 Nano system, a small pre-configured device that arrives ready to use with Windows 11, requiring no setup for blind or visually impaired users. The hardware includes an Intel Core U3 14th-gen CPU, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM, multiple USB ports, a USB docking station, wireless keyboard and mouse, soundbar, and a CD/DVD burner. König walks through the desktop, highlighting pre-installed software like LibreOffice, browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), and NVDA with custom extensions. One extension enables circular heading navigation in browsers, similar to JAWS, for easier web browsing. Another add-on allows Braille typing on a standard keyboard and displays it in a Braille font for sighted users. The system includes Thunderbird for email, Dropbox and OwnCloud for cloud storage, and uses Microsoft Edge as a PDF reader instead of Adobe Reader. An advanced OCR feature in NVDA can screenshot and read inaccessible apps or images. Multimedia software includes Q-Fu Street Radio, a TV program, and a podcast manager, all by Manfred Winkler, plus Audacity, VLC Player, and MP3 Direct Cut. A VLC Player extension adds permanent bookmarks for audio files. Additional tools include CD-Burner XP, Thorium E-Book Reader, and Blinzeln's V3 system for backup and recovery. The episode ends with purchasing details and holiday greetings.
