·4 min
The episode opens with Juventus's internal debate over signing Bernardo Silva or Goretzka on free transfers, noting Silva's better playing time and impact makes him the preferred choice to elevate Spalletti's squad. It then shifts to Inter, where defender Alessandro Bastoni is at a crossroads after weeks of emotional stress from derby controversies, a red card with the national team, and persistent interest from Barcelona, with his decision expected soon. Next, Roma faces a setback as captain Lorenzo Pellegrini is confirmed out for about a month with a thigh injury, complicating Gasperini's plans and putting his derby return against Lazio in doubt. Milan's preparation for their Udinese match is affected by Fofana's flu, potentially leading to Samuele Ricci starting in midfield, a move that could influence team hierarchies. Lazio's transfer strategy expands to Argentina, with sporting director Fabiani targeting River Plate's Lautaro Rivero and Ian Subiabre to build a younger, deeper squad. Cagliari's manager Fabio Pisacane is rumored for a future role at Lazio, though his focus remains on keeping Cagliari in Serie A. The episode concludes with Sampdoria's Simone Pafundi suffering a thigh injury that could end his season, jeopardizing his availability for crucial relegation battles.
