The presence in the apartment hits her several times, leaves an ominous feeling of being watched, and throws bright flashes through the room at night. One night, a voice from nowhere tells them to move. The final stretch goes to a hospital room tied to a patient who keeps saying it was Tiberius, even while restrained and leaving behind unexplained marks. The room keeps drawing trouble after the patient is discharged, with rapid responses and blinking lights repeatedly landing there. By the end, Annie has turned Halloween into a chain of unresolved hauntings told in plain speech and sharp reactions.
