Jessie's aunt lit her sister's wedding dress on fire in a hotel bathroom after a drunken argument.
In this episode of Family Ghosts, host Sam Dingman continues the story of Jessie Pasquarelli, who is named after her aunt Jessie who died in a car accident. Through interviews with family members, they piece together a portrait of Jessie's aunt—her rebellious youth, fiery personality, and tragic death—while reflecting on themes of memory, legacy, and how families cope with loss.
