AEW Dynamite 11/19/25 Review + Full Gear 2025 Preview & Predictions | Huge Go-Home Show Breakdown

·1 hr 16 min·5 clips
Tony Khan's media training flip on the Punk picture question stunned fans—what changed behind the scenes?
Conrad opens with BJ back in rotation. The stream is loose from the jump: greetings, chat shoutouts, like-button housekeeping, and enough side chatter to feel warmed up before the wrestling takes over. BJ is not treated like a one-off guest. Conrad jokes that three-hour Dynamite puts him in Derek's spot, and BJ plays along with the supporting-cast bit. Then AEW moves into the center. The best run is the Joe section, which pulls in Hangman's title reign, roster depth, and the question of whether AEW is getting graded too harshly right now. Their battery-life comparison works because it is simple. AEW feels, to them, like it is operating at around forty percent of its usual roster power and still turning out solid shows. That makes the Hangman complaints feel less clean. A reign reads differently when so many main-event names are missing. Joe is the obvious pressure point. They talk about him like a villain who can step back in, do Joe things, and make the belt feel dangerous right away. The chat keeps poking at it. Ray Thompson comes in hot for Full Gear, the tag title match, and Omega being back. Somebody wants Joe crowned again. Conrad clearly loves the thought, but he also sounds half resigned that Joe's last title run may have been the last one. The respect still wins. He wants Joe to leave with his head high, praises the work, and only really dings the TNA stretch for going too long at the end. Full Gear never leaves the table. The episode keeps shifting between review mode, roster repair, and whether hot-potato booking makes sense while people heal. It ends like a livestream should: World's End setup, Christmas talk, a Full Gear review tease, Hubbard Wrestling Weekly for Survivor Series, and a fifteen-minute food run before Conrad and BJ sign off.

As heard by us

A brisk, chat-driven AEW recap that keeps the Full Gear preview front and center.

Conrad Cushman and BJ keep this AEW Dynamite review moving at a good clip, and the chat-heavy format gives it a loose, fan-first feel. The road to Full Gear comes through clearly, with Samoa Joe, Hangman, and the tag title match all getting direct, easy-to-follow attention.
