·1 hr 35 min·5 clips

Find a way to love them—a mantra for creative excellence

Roberto and Zoe interview Christian Prommer, a renowned German DJ and producer, about his musical journey and philosophy on creativity. Prommer shares how rejection from a drum teacher led to discovering electronic music through influential mentors, the transformative power of discovering sampling culture through vinyl records, and his core belief that creative excellence comes from learning to love and accept different approaches. The conversation explores the tension between technical knowledge and aesthetic understanding, and how breaking free from institutional value systems is essential for true creative expression.
