Her answer is flat: she says she never saw anything inappropriate with Kennedy and does not know whether he received a massage from one of the masseuses. The denial broadens from there. Maxwell repeats that she never saw any man doing something inappropriate with a woman of any age. The exchange stays procedural, but that is where the weight sits. The examiner keeps separating memory, direct observation, and what she simply does not know. The close turns to businesses. Maxwell describes Epstein as having businesses she understood to involve real work, including a sports related company she remembers through helmets and a name like Riddell or Rydell. She keeps qualifying it. Epstein told her he owned it, but she cannot confirm how, and she separates what she saw from claims that he did nothing. Her point is narrow: not that every grifting accusation is impossible, only that the work she observed looked real to her. The break ends the sequence.
